Our Team is Committed to Your Needs
Our clients tell us that our commitment to customer service is what sets Earth Tech apart from other companies in our industry. From the beginning of your interest, to the end of your project, we're with you every step of the way.
Your Project team:
Your Earth Tech Team is formed as soon as we receive your call or receive the
geotechnical report on your property.
Project Manager: Your project is immediately assigned to one of our Project Managers. An Earth Tech Project Manager is always
an experienced professional who will see your project from start to finish. They will meet with you at your convenience to answer any questions that you may have.
Customer Service Representative: A full time customer service representative is also a member of your team. This person will assist you with any procedural issues that you might need help with.
Operations Manager: Once you have authorized Earth tech to proceed, your project will be scheduled by our Operations Manager and
a crew will be assigned.
Superintendent: A full time Superintendent will be committed to your project and will become your ongoing contact during construction.
This original team of Project Managers, Customer Service Representative and Operations Manager will be here to support you throughout the project. Our entire staff, from top to bottom is at your service.
