Ron Broadrick
President

Prior to founding Earth Tech Ron was a Project Manager for Geo-Con, a large national geotechnical construction company. During this time he traveled extensively throughout the United States completing many large and innovative soil stabilization projects. Ron has spent his entire career in the specialty geotechnical, soil stabilization field.

In starting Earth Tech it was Ron's goal to create a local company to address the growing need of soil stabilization in the central Florida area. It was also his dream to assemble a dynamic team of individuals that would become the premier foundation stabilization company in Florida. In addition to managing Earth Tech, Ron is also dedicated to the local community. He is presently the 2002 Board of Directors President for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay which serves Hillsborough, Pasco and Polk counties. Ron is also a member of the Board of Directors of the For Kid's Sake Foundation in Orlando. He is also active in other charities supporting children and the arts in our community. Ron is a licensed General Contractor in the state of Florida.

Lewis Broadrick
Vice President

As Vice President of Earth Tech, Lewis is in charge of all Field Operations of the company. Prior to joining Earth Tech, he worked for three of the largest drilling and grouting companies in the United States over forty years. Lewis traveled throughout the United States completing hundreds of complex soil and rock stabilization projects. He is responsible for designing and building much of the specialized geotechnical equipment that is used by Earth Tech. It is this type of innovation that sets Earth Tech apart from the rest.

Lewis has been married for 45 years and is the father of two grown children and the Grandfather of two girls. He is active in his church and supports various community efforts.

Paulett Callum
Controller

Paulett Callum oversees the financial aspects of Earth Tech, and supervises our customer service team. From the first time you call Earth Tech, Our team wants you to have the personal service that will make you happy you called us. Paulett's "family touch" with our clients comes in part from 20 years of marriage and a family that includes 3 children ages 10,11, & 16. Away from the office, Paulett and her family enjoy swimming, boating, and long walks.

Dave Ronda
Draftsman

Dave Ronda is primarily responsible for generating all proposals that are sent out to customers, from the initial drafting of the residence and drilling locations to the finished bound quality proposal that is mailed to our potential clients. Dave's attention to detail, and eagerness to complete each bid assures that our clients receive the highest quality document with an unsurpassed turnaround time from the initial meeting with one of our highly trained project managers. After a client commits to have Earth Tech perform the work, Dave makes sure that the work is immediately scheduled. 

Dave's diversified background includes nine years in the residential and commercial construction business. He earned a BA degree from Iona College and lives in Land O' Lakes with his wife, Dianne and family.

Denise Morrone
Project Manager

Denise Morrone is one of our Project Managers. Her goals are to provide information to homeowners inquiring about Earth Tech services and managing a variety of active projects insuring quality, professionalism and complete customer satisfaction. She formerly served as an Earth Tech Customer Service Representative, where she developed a true understanding of how important our stabilization work is to each of our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, her job was to make sure that our clients receive unsurpassed customer care from their initial contact with us to the completion of the home project. She usually has the answers to any question, but if not, she knows where to get the answer and has a reputation for responding quickly.

Denise came to work for the Earth Tech, Inc. after a very special assignment, that of caring for her husband's grandmother for four years. Prior to this experience, she was the advertising assistant for a major local newspaper. She has two daughters who are attending college. She enjoys reading, gardening and walking. Denise volunteers for the March of Dimes and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She is also a member of Windstorm, West Coast Claims Association Governor’s Conference and the American Legion Auxillary.
