We dig a hole down to the bottom of the footer. Then we permanently mount a 50 pound, specially engineered steel bracket to your footer. Using a portable hydraulic ram, we drive carbon steel pipe – The Pier – to solid rock. Each pier is designed to support more than the total load placed on it. Then we simultaneously lift and stabilize the settled portion of your foundation. The system is permanent, dependable, safe and economical when compared to other methods. The process is fast, generally taking only a few days. It's also non-intrusive. Since no heavy equipment is needed for the installation of either the Magnum Piering or the Slab Jack System of slab support, the necessary minor excavation can be done by hand. This means shrubs and flowers generally can remain virtually undisturbed.
