Diane Hernandez, an Earth Tech Customer Service Representative, is the liaison between the homeowner and mortgage companies. Prior to her employment at Earth Tech, Diane worked at GTE as a Network Reliability Resource Manager and Continental Airlines as a flight attendant. She graduated from Tampa College with a bachelor degree in business administration. Diane volunteers for charities and organizations, such as Special Olympics and the American Cancer Society. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, shopping and reading.
