Your Earth Tech Team is formed as soon as we receive your call or receive the geotechnical report on your property.

Customer Care Representative: As soon as we know about your stabilization issue, we are at your service. Our goal is to help you make an educated and informed decision regarding the stabilization of your home. We will guide you through this process and assist you with every step along the way.

Project Manager: Your project is immediately assigned to one of our Project Managers. An Earth Tech Project Manager is always an experienced professional who will see your project from start to finish. They will meet with you at your convenience to answer any questions that you may have.

Customer Service Representative: A full time customer service representative is also a member of your team. This person will assist you with any procedural issues that you might need help with.

Operations Manager: Once you have authorized Earth tech to proceed, your project will be scheduled by our Operations Manager and a crew will be assigned to get your home back on a solid foundation. 

Superintendent: A full time Superintendent will be committed to your project and will become your ongoing contact during construction. Our project supervisors are the most experienced in the industry. They have gained their experience by working in the field on projects just like yours. They are the best in the business.

This original team of Project Managers, Customer Service Representative and Operations Manager will be here to support you throughout the project. Our entire staff, from top to bottom is at your service.
